Overcast and breezy, It was a perfect summer day for coastal tramping. We decided to walk the rocky coastal route from North Piha to Anawhata Beach in Auckland area. We started 3hours before low tide, walked through partly tramping tracks and partly rock-hopping. It was a beautiful day!

Tramping Route: North Piha Road end car park--Laird Thomson Track--Whites Beach-- Fishermans Rock--Keyhole Rock-- Anawhata Beach north Rocky coast & return.
Remarks: Light wind and start 3hrs before low tide.
